Then sweeten it with pure maple sugar from their neighbors at Fulton's Pancake House & Sugar Bush – made in Lanark County, the maple syrup capital of Canada.
The natural caramel notes of maple sugar complement the fruit-forward character of the carefully roasted Zorzal cacao.
