Come on by for our first-come, first-served walk-ins from 12pm until 6pm. Or pre-order online. Pickups are scheduled every 30 minutes between 1pm and 6pm.
Do you make extra desserts for walk-ins?
We always have a lovely selection of seasonal desserts available at the bakeshop first-come, first-served. From Wednesday to Sunday, we make extra pies, tarts, cakes, freshly baked cookies, squares, butter tarts, scones and more!
How do I pre-order a dessert?

Schedule a pickup or local delivery on our online shop. Orders must be placed at least one day in advance. Please order by 5pm the day before your chosen pickup or delivery. At our busy holiday times, we often need at least 7 days notice. If you have any questions or need recommendations, please contact us and we will happily guide you through the process.
Can I set aside a dessert for same day pickup?
To request that a dessert be set aside for same day pickup, please call or email us. Provide your name, telephone number and an approximate pickup time. We will reply as soon as we can to let you know if we can accommodate your request and to process payment. All same day orders must be prepaid.
Unfortunately, when we have a line-up at the shop and during our busy holiday season, we are not able to set aside desserts for same day pickup.
How do your scheduled pickups work?
When you arrive at the bakeshop at your scheduled pickup time to collect your desserts, we will greet you at our front entrance and ask you for your order # and name. Please have your order # ready. Your order # is emailed to you immediately after you place your order online.
Please do not arrive early. To keep the line moving quickly, we will have your order all packaged up and ready-to-go for your scheduled pickup time. After we confirm your order # and name, we will pass the desserts to you.
Due to limited space at our front entrance, we only have one line-up. So unfortunately, even if you have pre-ordered, you cannot skip the line. We try our very best to serve you as quickly as possible. Thank-you for your patience and understanding.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer next day local delivery Wednesday, Thursday & Friday! Orders must be placed at least one day in advance. Please order by 5pm the day before your chosen delivery day.
For the month of March, the delivery fee is $12, minimum order $40. All deliveries are dropped off in the afternoon between 2pm and 6pm.

What is the best way to contact you during business hours?
For the time being, the best way to reach us during our business hours is to send us an email. We are very busy at the shop serving customers and getting orders ready, so at times we may not be able to get to the phone. However, we do check our voice messages often throughout the day during our business hours — Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm to 6pm — and we will call you back as soon as we possibly can. On Monday & Tuesday when we are closed, we monitor our emails only.

Can I cancel my order?
We need at least two days' notice for cancellations. With 2+ days notice, we will email an online gift card that can be used as a credit towards a future order. At this time, we do not offer refunds for cancelled orders.
Can I redeem my online gift card at the bakeshop?
Yes, online gift cards can be used for purchases in-store and on our online shop. When you come into the bakeshop, we enter your 16-digit code into our POS or scan the QR code. To redeem online, please enter the 16-digit code on the checkout page.
