True to its name, this cake is composed of a layer of white chocolate mousse, then a layer of dark chocolate mousse. Both the white and dark chocolate mousse rest on a thin layer of chocolate sponge cake. Great balance. Glazed with a dark chocolate ganache.

Serves 6.

Keep refrigerated at all times. We recommend only removing it from the fridge a few moments before serving.
