A classic pecan filling with dark chocolate ganache anchoring the pie. The ganache is then drizzled onto the baked pie to finish the flavour combination.

Store at room temperature in a cool, air-conditioned environment during the day, and refrigerate overnight. If your space is not air-conditioned, keep refrigerated. Before serving, remove it from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
